Kingsway
Kingsway was a full renovation that transformed the property inside and out. We reconfigured the ground floor with a rear extension and major structural steelwork, carried out extensive structural repairs, and completed a full internal and external refurbishment, including bespoke joinery, new bathrooms, loft improvements, replacement windows and doors, and landscaped gardens.
One of the biggest achievements was delivering the entire project while the family continued living in the house. Careful planning and close coordination allowed us to manage a complex programme with minimal disruption, creating a home that works beautifully for modern family life.
