This renovation transformed a compact one-bedroom flat through a new kitchen, bathroom and bespoke joinery, creating a home that better reflected the client's style while making the space work harder. Alongside the refurbishment, extensive soundproofing was installed to address noise transfer from the flat below, significantly improving day-to-day comfort.

With the client's belongings already in the property, careful planning was essential throughout the project. Working closely with interior designer Lucinda Kellaway, we combined contemporary finishes with salvaged original features to create a home that feels both personal and thoughtfully considered.
