“As a family with children and vulnerable foster children in the house, safeguarding was extremely important to us. Coastal Trades were respectful from day one. All trades were vetted, everyone understood the need for discretion and care, and the team worked hard to keep dust and disruption away from our living areas. Pete and Toby in particular were absolute sweethearts. We were able to stay in the house throughout the build, which mattered enormously to our family.
What stood out most was that nothing was ever a problem. Every detail, from structural steel to carefully matching the LBC Cotswold brickwork at the front of the house, was handled calmly and thoroughly. We were consulted early on any design decisions that required our input, but we were never burdened with day to day site management. The whole process felt organised and considered, which allowed us to carry on with our busy lives.”
